5 Day Detox Diet

The 5 Day Detox should be followed for a period of 5 consecutive days. The only activity that should be done during your 5 Day Detox is walking or yoga. Do not use the 5 Day Detox Diet more than once per month.

Breakfast
Large bowl of watermelon or strawberries equivalent to at least three large cups throughout
the morning.
• 2 tsp of Nutriwomen 5 Day Detox.

Mid Morning
• 2 tsp of Nutriwomen 5 Day Detox.
• 1 tsp of epson salts in 200 ml of water.

Lunch
• Large green Salad (Use only non starch vegetables such as: Carrots, Cucumbers, Lettuce and tomatoes.
• Half a Avocado
• 2 tsp Olive Oil ( Slat & Pepper to taste)

Mid Afternoon
• 2 tsp of Nutriwomen 5 Day Detox.

Dinner
• 2 tsp of Nutriwomen 5 Day Detox
16 oz of fresh vegetable juice.
The juice should be made of a 1/3 combination of each of the following beetroot, celery, carrot. In addition to juice have a small green salad or vegetable soup. Use the same ingredients as the salad at lunch.

Warning
Do not follow the 5 Day Detox Diet if you are diabetic, hypoglycemic, suffer from heart problems, digestive disorders, low blood pressure or any chronic illness without consulting with your physician first.

General
Through out the day, drink at least 2 litres of water with squeezed lemon and a dash of cayenne pepper.
