Anti-aging, Anti Cellulite Diet

Morning Supplement Regime
• Nutriwomen Skin Perfect face wash.
• Anti-aging Skin Therapy Cream.
• 2 Anti-aging Skin Therapy Caps, 2 Omega 3,6 & 9 capsules and 1 daily multi vitamin.
• Apply Nutri-Firm Anti-cellulite cream to hips thighs and butt area.

Breakfast
• 5 sprays of Nutri Firm Fat Burner (pre breakfast).
• 1 Bowl of cooked oatmeal with 1 scoop of Protein Powder eg. Evox Lean Pro.
• Add ¼ cup of soy milk and ¼ cup of of blueberries.

Mid Morning Snack
• 1 apple.
• 1 small non fat yogurt.

Lunch
• 5 sprays of Nutri-Firm fat burner liquid (pre lunch).
• Chicken salad; 1 large piece of chicken breast cut into strips.
• Prep salad with lots of veggies such as lettuce, cucumber, carrots, tomato etc. Use balsamic vinegar and olive oil to taste

Mid afternon snack
• Protein Smoothie; blend 2 scoops of Protein Powder with 300ml of water
(eg. Evox Vanilla Lean Pro).
• ½ cup of fresh blueberries + 2 scoops of crush ice.

Dinner
• 1 medium piece of grilled white fish
• ½ cup of cooked brown rice.
• Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day.

Pre Bedtime
• Wash with Skin Perfect Face Wash.
• Apply Anti-wrinkle Eye Lift around the eye area, apply Anti-aging Skin Therapy Cream.
• Apply Nutri-Firm Anti-cellulite Cream.
• 10 sprays of Regeneration Life Aminos before bedtime (optional).
